Telephonic Standby
MedOccs provides a 24hr telephonic standby service to it’s clients staffed by paramedic personnel. These services can be tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Typically these services would include:
- multi tier call system with appropriately qualified medical practitioners on 24hr standby
- telephonic linkage to consultants with required expertise including:
- occupational medicine
- diving medicine
- emergency medicine
- travel and tropical medicine
- mobilization of emergency care and transport including:
- telephonic emergency advice
- dispatch of road transport
- coordination of air transport
- liaison with insurers
- support of DMP functions
- medical queries
- operational planning support
